Ricky Morgan

Ricky Morgan is our Mechanical Regional Coordinator. He is in control of coordinating, estimating, and overseeing all aspects of our Federal, Commercial, and Industrial projects as well as generating new customer relationships in his specified field. He has over 30 years combined experience in HVAC, Electrical, and mechanical construction in Federal, Industrial, and Commercial markets. He is a graduate of Bessemer Technical college where he excelled in Heating and Air and focused on perfecting his work down to the smallest of details. He loves fishing, attending church, and spending time with his family.

Chris Stokes is our Senior Project Manager. He spent his early days as a Civil Engineer to Project Engineer to Project Manager/ Estimator He has spent 34 years involved in the construction industry. Beginning his career working with a consulting engineering firm, he was the Project Manager on multiple major public works projects in the Huntsville area, including the initial renovations to Huntsville International Airport, tarmack, taxiways, roadways, storm water, and public parking; coordination of projects with the construction of I-565; design and construction of ballistic testing facility and range for new large ordinance development for the U.S. Army in conjunction with UAH; and the first ever design-build own-operate wastewater treatment facility for the Federal Government. Not to mention a host of other public works projects for the City of Huntsville during the late 1980’s.

He then served as Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Quality Control Systems Manager on several multi-million-dollar COE projects up to $35M in size on multiple military bases including Edwards AFB. His familiarity with the government system especially in controlled and secure areas provide a valuable insight. He has also worked for contractors that focus on non-federal projects, constructing hospitals, schools, churches, and other public facilities. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State. He enjoys church, sports, music, and playing multiple instruments. And spends any free time with his “perfect” grandchildren.

Hugh Wright is our HVAC Manager as well as lead service tech. He oversees all aspects pertaining to the service, maintenance, and installation of our residential and light commercial work. Hugh has over 10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. He is a graduate of The University of North Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science degree to better understand the health and safety of your HVAC unit. He loves all things outdoors, church, and the instant gratification he receives daily from helping others with their HVAC problems.

Wendy Hankins is our Admin Assistant. She is responsible for customer service, technician dispatch as well as other office duties as assigned. She has 17 years of experience working in the construction/ service industry. She has managed up to 30+ technicians in the field at once. With this experience, Wendy successfully manages all commercial and residential HVAC services for Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling. Wendy’s favorite part of working in the HVAC industry is serving people. She was born in the Florence area and is the mother of 2.

Randi Talley is our CFO/Office Manager. She is responsible for overseeing and managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Accounting and Payroll. She also works hand in hand with Bonding and Compliance Reporting. She has been working in the Federal Construction and Services Arena for more than 15 years. She has experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, Department of Defense, USDA, National Parks Service, and multiple other Federal and State Agencies. She is familiar with Government Contracting Compliance, PIEE, and other billing systems. Previously serving as Facility Security Officer, she has multiple certificates and certifications regarding facility and document safeguarding. She loves attending church, spending time with her abundant family and friends, and camping.

Bradley Talley is our Founder and President of Eagle Pro, LLC. He manages strategic relationships, long term company planning, customer and sub-contractor development, and corporate quality control. With 10+ years in estimating and project management in the federal contracting arena, He prides himself in providing honest, professional, and successful projects that are of the upmost quality. He has experience working with customers such as the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army, Department of the Navy, National Park Services, TVA, and Southern Company. He has a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering from the University of Alabama. He enjoys spending his time with his wife, daughter and two dogs, playing drums in his church’s worship team, and being physically active.
